Service advisors a knowledgeable, treat costumer with respect and communicate regularly during service appointment, the competence for technicians is outstanding and the added touches, like a video inspection of your car, thorough car wash and features offered in the customer lounge are much appreciated. I had a wonderful experience bringing my car in for service. The service technician was professional and paid close attention to every detail. If it wasn’t for his attentiveness we wouldn’t have been made aware that one of our tires was the wrong size. Very appreciative of his attention to detail.

After buying the truck that really shouldn't have left the lot with the HCU not working, which meant the abs and traction control were inoperable, this truck is costing me thousands more due to temp sensor not working and CDJR in Tallahassee (sister dealership) destroying my catalytic converter trying to remove it. 🤬🤬

I took my car in for an oil change and didn’t have any issues, the service was great. However, I brought my car back in after a tree branch fell on my roof and shattered the glass and I have some qualms with that experience. When I brought the car in I showed them an area of paint that needed to be buffed out where the branch had scuffed the car. Haylie King was outstanding and deserves high marks for her professionalism. I was disappointed how long it took to sign my paperwork but again, without Haylie being a rock star, I'm certain the process would have taken longer.
The service advisor always keeps me informed on the work progress, and the technicians document their work with video or imagery. Recommend them highly.

When I first contacted them online Christian was very attentive with his follow-up calls and keep helping me until we were able to find the perfect fit. I had a regular maintenance appointment with a recall notice. All went smoothly. Very friendly service from Brandon. The only minus is no loaner vehicle but he brought us to the local shopping area and when he texted that my car was ready he then would send a car to pickup.
Very thorough but as a Jaguar owner since 2019 service always applied discounts or coupons in NY but at Ocala full rate for an oil change and filter apprx $400! And they charge 3% credit card fee. Outrageous

Mr. Lane was friendly, helpful and persistent. The deal could have been made a week prior but management wouldn't negotiate till it was the very end of the month. I purchased a used Mercedes C300 sight unseen. The sales staff was pleasant to deal with through out the buying process. I asked the sales person I was working with to please be my eyes and show me any and all defects. Unfortunately they missed a few and the car arrived with damage on the rear bumper and defects to the rear window that were never disclosed.
