I had a regular maintenance appointment with a recall notice. All went smoothly. Very friendly service from Brandon. The only minus is no loaner vehicle but he brought us to the local shopping area and when he texted that my car was ready he then would send a car to pickup.
Very thorough but as a Jaguar owner since 2019 service always applied discounts or coupons in NY but at Ocala full rate for an oil change and filter apprx $400! And they charge 3% credit card fee. Outrageous

Mr. Lane was friendly, helpful and persistent. The deal could have been made a week prior but management wouldn't negotiate till it was the very end of the month. I purchased a used Mercedes C300 sight unseen. The sales staff was pleasant to deal with through out the buying process. I asked the sales person I was working with to please be my eyes and show me any and all defects. Unfortunately they missed a few and the car arrived with damage on the rear bumper and defects to the rear window that were never disclosed. Brandon is good at communicating and professional Both my Defenders had recalls and they were done in a timely manner. Now my 2021 has a crack in the windshield and Brandon helped me with my insurance company.
Much improved from 4 years ago - I stopped having either of my Defenders serviced in Ocala bcuz I was so dissatisfied. Ended up going to Orlando which is 2 hours away

I get as is. Condition and I own three Audi q 3 but $5500 plus in repairs seems excessive it appears none of the normal services were ever done and the car had four mismatched tires, worn brakes chipped window and never saw a Q3 2925 with key starter Also ad said 25000 miles but paperwork showed 30000 + Hopefully it makes it to oregon

Dissatisfied with my second service visit. Routine oil/filter change, tire rotation/balance, etc., on the Porsche Macan I purchased from this dealership. Wait time was over two hours. The service associate never responded to my text regarding the completion time, which resulted in me missing a prior scheduled appointment elsewhere. Auto Bond application performed on exterior only. Not only was the interior application omitted, by the time I left the dealership it was heavily raining- literally making this service a wash. Needless to say, I'm disappointed.

This is a nice dealership that offers a lot of perks when buying a car from them. The sales manager is professional, knowledgeable, and keeps his word. Entry level sales associates need more training before handling luxury car sales solo. Handling the paperwork required to complete the transaction was a frustrating, time consuming nightmare; but that seems to be a common among all dealers.
