Dissatisfied with my second service visit. Routine oil/filter change, tire rotation/balance, etc., on the Porsche Macan I purchased from this dealership. Wait time was over two hours. The service associate never responded to my text regarding the completion time, which resulted in me missing a prior scheduled appointment elsewhere. Auto Bond application performed on exterior only. Not only was the interior application omitted, by the time I left the dealership it was heavily raining- literally making this service a wash. Needless to say, I'm disappointed.

I went to Land Rover Ocala just to see what the Range Rover Sport that I’ve always thought highly of. I had a few month old Porsche Macan that I was very happy with. Question for Jenn was can you find a deal that would move me. Drove a Discovery, wasn’t impressed. Then a beautiful red Sport with tan leather that you could smell the moment you got behind the wheel. Luxury power, no question this one was for me. Went home with a new beauty.
Juan was so prompt and got the work done on my Ranger Rover Sport in a timely manner. His communication skills are superb!

This is a nice dealership that offers a lot of perks when buying a car from them. The sales manager is professional, knowledgeable, and keeps his word. Entry level sales associates need more training before handling luxury car sales solo. Handling the paperwork required to complete the transaction was a frustrating, time consuming nightmare; but that seems to be a common among all dealers.
Phenomenal service. Worked with Steven Hotilal and the experience was A+ from start to finish. Matt Wasilensky stepped in at the end to finalize the deal and was also a true professional. Highly recommend this dealership and Steven and Matt in particular.

We drive about an hour to use this dealership. Our service advisor, Brandon Lehmann, is exceptional. He explains everything that they are doing, goes thru the costs with us and keeps us informed when they have to keep the car for warranty work. He also treats our car with the respect and care it deserves.
All staff were incredible to deal with. They care about satisfying you and your needs. We had an issue after the sale and they went above and beyond to rectify it.

I have been unable to register my car, and it’s been 6 weeks since purchase. I am an out of state buyer and they have not provided the necessary paperwork.
Above and beyond. We were from out of town and hit a giant pothole. Cracked rim and flat tire. Rim was backordered from England. Needed it sooner. Land Rover of Ocala pulled off a miracle and got it just in time to drive back to Chicago. Everyone was great. Thanks again

The dealership experience was very limited as just about everything was done over the internet and phone except for signing some documents and taking delivery of the truck. I have taken my car to this dealership since I purchased it in 2019. I have never had any issues and always treated with extreme care. I was a little disappointed this time because although I was told I needed a new and they didn’t have one and would need to order one, I asked specifically if I could make it back to Gainesville where I had made an appointment for the tire.
